Daniel Krause
Founder/President

Innovator and Developer -- those two words best describe GraceWorks' Founder and President. Dan Krause has served non-profits his entire 22-year career, including 17 years of full-time fund development, 15 capital stewardship campaigns, and over $21 million raised. Krause's areas of expertise include Capital Stewardship, Non-Profit Capital Campaigns, Feasibility Studies, Major Gifts, Marketing and Leadership Renewal.

A product of a Christian elementary school, Grace Lutheran, Fargo , ND , Krause started working professionally with Christian schools in 1988. He credits his father, Eugene, for instilling his deep passion for the success of Christian schools.

Ray Webb
Vision Planning

GraceWorks partner Ray Webb is the Founder and President of VisionPlanning and ImpactKidz. Like GraceWorks, ImpactKidz has the audacious goal of raising up 10,000 Christian schools in our generation, resulting in the “Daniel Generation” of wise leaders (Daniel 1:20).

Using a revelatory, Biblical approach, VisionPlanning provides world-class visioning and planning services to Christian churches and schools.

Functional architecture and use of a participatory process that builds ownership among key constituents are integral parts of the Vision Planning process.

Bob Rogalski

Annual Funds / Marketing

Mr. Rogalski has consulted over 300 schools in the past twenty years in all areas of financial development, marketing, starting new schools and master planning.

He frequently speaks at large educational conferences plus smaller groups of principals, teachers and school boards.

Bob was one of the first non-public school administrators to receive the National Distinguished Principal award from the United States Secretary of Education, at a special ceremony in Washington, D.C.

Eltingville Christian School – Staten Island, New York
St. Paul’s Lutheran School – New Orleans, Louisiana

Bob also served in a development capacity with Social Ministries of the Southwest and with CLEF (Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Fund). He has degrees form Concordia, River Forest and the University of New Orleans.

Dave Domsch
Marketing Studies

GraceWorks strategic partner Dave Domsch, MBA, is Vice President of the Lawrence-Leiter agency in Kansas City, one of the nation's oldest and most respected consultancies to non-profits.

Domsch's expertise in market research is particularly valuable to GraceWorks, and Domsch often participates in GraceWorks' Feasibility (support) and Marketing Studies, both in approving survey instruments and in conducting on-site interviews.

Dave is also an expert on proper Board function, a critical Feasibility Study issue. GraceWorks is pleased to have Dave Domsch as a long-time strategic partner.

Thomas B. McClintock
Adjunct for Marketing

Strategic partner Tom McClintock demonstrates GraceWorks' commitment to bring innovation and new ideas from other industries to marketing Christian schools.

In addition to co-founding NSI Partners, an ecommerce and web marketing provider, Tom co-founded NC, Inc., a $22 million dollar wireless and web content company. There he built and ran a sales department that surpassed all monthly goals and won clients such as Sprint, CBS, Cox Communications, and Accenture.

Prior to that, Tom was Senior Consultant and Director of Marketing and Operations for the Peer-Scape® (at Deloitte & Touche, LLP) where he launched high technology products in the financial services and telecommunications industries.
