expansion and new school development, typically raising about
one million dollars per year for small schools and ministries.
He has conducted 15 capital campaigns to date.

Brenda Krause: Has
started 3 preschools in a 15 year career as pre-school director
and/or teacher. Besides understanding all aspects of
preschools, Brenda is very good at helping you develop strong
parental relationships.

Mechanics
As with our other
coaching relationships,
GraceWorks provides highly structured coaching, based on
mutually agreed-upon objectives. GraceWorks provides
samples, forms and ideas that constitute the usual agenda for
these meetings. Based on client need, the agenda can also
be changed.
Coaching also includes a
reasonable amount of email or telephone questions between
coaching appointments, as well as sample materials.
